Shipping policy

Customers can choose either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for shipping. USPS Priority Mail service typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive, though this is not guaranteed by USPS. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days to arrive and that is a guarantee per UPS. 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, USPS mail may be delayed, especially during the busy holiday season. We recommend choosing UPS Ground if your package is time sensitive.

If you would like for your items to be shipped with Express mail services, please contact us at info@artstarphilly.com after you place your order and we will arrange to bill you for the additional fee. 

Purchases over $200 will ship for Free with USPS Priority Mail.
