Shipping policy

Customers can choose either USPS Ground or UPS Ground for shipping. USPS Priority Mail service typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive, though this is not guaranteed by USPS. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days to arrive and that is a guarantee per UPS. 

If you would like for your items to be shipped with Express mail services, please contact us at info@artstarphilly.com after you place your order and we will arrange to bill you for the additional fee. 

Purchases over $200 will ship for Free with USPS Priority Mail.
